The Strategy Team is a new initiative focused on creating a more resourceful and robust program for ventures and our community. These roles are pivotal in updating IDEA, including its strategy, practices, and systems. Individuals in this role can expect to build and research programs, collaborate with external communities, and implement changes to the IDEA curriculum throughout the semester. You will work closely with the CEO and administration to align with IDEA’s mission and values.

Curriculum Researcher:

Description: This role is critical in enhancing IDEA's educational curriculum. The Curriculum Researcher updates program content, incorporating feedback from participants and mentors. They focus on analyzing current modules on Babele and work with stage coordinators to support ventures effectively.

Description: Specializes in developing content for modules aimed at enhancing founders' soft skills. This role focuses on leadership development and training in business and startup settings.
