The Strategy Team is a new initiative focused on creating a more resourceful and robust program for ventures and our community. These roles are pivotal in updating IDEA, including its strategy, practices, and systems. Individuals in this role can expect to build and research programs, collaborate with external communities, and implement changes to the IDEA curriculum throughout the semester. You will work closely with the CEO and administration to align with IDEA’s mission and values.

Curriculum Researcher:

Description: This role is critical in enhancing IDEA's educational curriculum. The Curriculum Researcher updates program content, incorporating feedback from participants and mentors. They focus on analyzing current modules on Babele and work with stage coordinators to support ventures effectively.

Weekly asks:

• Review and update the accelerator's curriculum.
• Analyze resource allocation on Babele for curriculum enhancement.
• Collaborate with stage coordinators to identify and address educational gaps.

Project:

Develop new modules based on identified needs and emerging industry trends.

Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented, with a deep understanding of the venture process, this role is responsible for transforming IDEA's educational system, expanding the curriculum, and implementing vital resources.

Founder Development Specialist:

Description: Specializes in developing content for modules aimed at enhancing founders' soft skills. This role focuses on leadership development and training in business and startup settings.

Weekly Tasks:

• Research and develop content for soft skills training modules.
• Collaborate with experts for practical and relevant content.
• Update and refine modules based on feedback and trends.

Project:

Design a comprehensive series of interactive modules on soft skills tailored for entrepreneurs.

Ideal Candidate: Focused on leadership and soft skills development, this role involves creating impactful modules for every stage of the accelerator, filling gaps in the program.
