Data Analyst:

Description: Enhances IDEA's operational efficiency by analyzing program data to identify improvement areas and implementing effective strategies.

Ideal Candidate: Efficient and focused, this role manages IDEA’s historical data and addresses gaps within the program. They are responsible for tracking, cleaning, and automating data processes, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in operations.

Event Coordinator:

Description: Manages IDEA’s event calendar and coordinates logistics for both internal and external events. They prepare materials for promotional activities and support major events like the pitchathon.
